• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements in both Vietnamese and English, including those involving international partners and clients.
• Provide legal counsel on the company’s business operations, commercial activities, and investment matters.
• Monitor and analyze changes in Vietnamese legislation and relevant international regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and well-informed.
• Support the resolution of disputes, complaints, and legal issues, and liaise with regulatory authorities when necessary.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across business functions.
• Communicate and work directly with foreign clients, partners, and entities with cross-border elements.
• Advise management and departments on legal matters arising during the course of business operations.
• Develop and maintain a structured legal knowledge base and update legal documents relevant to the company’s business activities.
• Proactively communicate newly enacted laws, regulations, and policies to relevant departments, ensuring timely understanding and implementation across the organization.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from Hanoi Law University or the School of Law – Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
• At least 4 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in foreign-invested companies or IT companies serving international markets.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese laws, with foundational knowledge of international law and trade agreements.
• Understanding of the company’s strategies and business areas.
• Strong legal thinking and the ability to interpret and apply legal regulations related to the company’s operations effectively.
• Good English reading, drafting, and negotiation skills, with a minimum TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Careful, risk-aware, and analytical mindset with the ability to propose practical legal solutions.
