Yêu cầu công việc
• 2 - 5 years of work experience in IT infrastructures, operations or technical support environment.
• Intermediate English level
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS and DNS
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Application Support.
• Practical experience with Hybrid AD.
• Good knowledge of Window operating systems including troubleshooting and system hardening.
