a. Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược, chính sách và hệ thống CNTT phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh và yêu cầu tuân thủ của công ty.
Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and systems that align with the company's business goals and compliance requirements.
b. Quản lý hoạt động hàng ngày của hạ tầng CNTT, bao gồm mạng lưới, máy chủ, phần cứng, phần mềm và viễn thông.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and telecommunications.
c. Lãnh đạo và đào tạo đội ngũ CNTT, xây dựng văn hóa học hỏi liên tục, đổi mới và hiệu suất cao.
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
d. Giám sát ngân sách CNTT, mua sắm và quản lý nhà cung cấp nhằm tối ưu chi phí và đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ.
Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management to optimize costs and ensure service quality.
e. Đảm bảo các biện pháp bảo mật mạng, bảo vệ dữ liệu và kế hoạch khôi phục thảm họa được cập nhật thường xuyên và hiệu quả.
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, data protection, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly updated.
f. Hợp tác với các phòng ban để xác định nhu cầu công nghệ và cung cấp giải pháp nâng cao năng suất và trải nghiệm người dùng.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.
g. Theo dõi xu hướng công nghệ mới nổi và đánh giá tiềm năng ứng dụng phù hợp cho tổ chức.
Monitor emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact and applicability to the organization.
h. Quản lý các dự án CNTT từ khi khởi động đến khi hoàn thành, đảm bảo tiến độ và ngân sách.
Manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
i. Quản lý và tối ưu hóa hệ thống ERP nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành và quản trị doanh nghiệp.
Manage and optimize the ERP system to improve operational efficiency and enterprise management.
j. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn pháp lý, quy định và ngành nghề liên quan đến CNTT.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to IT.
k. Báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban lãnh đạo về hiệu quả CNTT, các rủi ro và cơ hội phát triển.
Provide regular reports and insights to top management on IT performance, risks, and opportunities

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proven experience in ERP implementation or deployment within a manufacturing environment (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), prefer AX 2012
- Deep understanding of ERP data flows — particularly around material consumption, BOM, costing, and inventory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and technologies applicable to enterprise operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
