Human Resources Executive - Learning & Development - Windsor Plaza Hotel

- Coordinate and support the implementation of the hotel’s learning and development programs.
- Conduct training sessions and monitor training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to identify training needs and support employee development.
- Maintain training records, reports, and related documentation.
- Support the development of departmental trainers, operational manuals, and internship programs.
- Ensure compliance with training standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience delivering training sessions in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
