F&B Attendant - Nhân Viên Phục Vụ (The Reverie Boutique at Union Square)

- Drawing, stocking, and laying table linen.
- Folding napkins for use in service.
- Greeting and escorting customers to their tables.
- Presenting menu and providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Informing customers about the day’s special menu.
- Offering menu recommendations upon request.
- Introducing guests to the ingredients and the preparation process of the served dishes.
- Upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Setting up silverware and glasses suitable for the number of persons and dishes.
- Taking accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips, or by memorization.
- Communicating order details to the Kitchen Staff.
- Serving and clearing food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally.
- Cleaning service area when needed.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for a specific number of persons.
- Retrieving and stocking all linen, china, silver, glassware, and food and beverage items.
- Maintaining awareness of undesirable persons on the property premises.
- Responding properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation, follow property-specific procedures for handling emergencies (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
- Completing opening and closing side work as assigned and has all tables set according to standard.
- Providing quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
- Reporting work-related accidents or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to the manager/ supervisor.
- Performing other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.

- Restaurant/ hotel school diploma or equivalent course certificates.
- 1-2 years of minimum food and beverage experience.
