- Possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and service styles, while ensuring consistent service standards throughout the restaurant.
- Oversee restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, coordination with the Kitchen team, and monitoring service quality to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate team members; ensure compliance with grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards while fostering a professional and collaborative working environment.
- Handle guest-related situations, including complaints, service issues, and emergency incidents, while ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and employees.
- Monitor and control restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, labor costs, inventory, equipment, budget, and revenue performance, while carrying out other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Relevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor management, menu planning, maintenance, sales, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
