• Responsible for providing operational and strategic support to employees and managers on country specific HR matters.
• Align local people strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and employment matters.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable employment legislations and HR regulations to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy and facilitate and implement staffing.
• Manage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, compensation and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate payroll activities with external payroll providers and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Foster a positive work environment in a country with promoting employee engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects assigned to support the establishment and growth of the local organization.
Tasks
• Provide support to employees and managers and steer communication about HR related topics in a country:
o Conduct support meetings with employees.
o Establish and maintain clear communication channels between HR and employees (e.g., ticketing system, availability).
o Resolve conflicts and provide guidance on employment-related issues.
o Oversee time and attendance management processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency and payroll accuracy.
o Handle whole employee cycle processes and manage related conflicts.
o Collaborate with HSE on employee wellbeing and workplace-related issues.
o Implement the annual compensation review process.
o Manage immigration-related matters, including salary data, work permits, visas, and business travel requirements in compliance with local regulations and global policies.
• Set up guidelines for all HR documents management and responsible for all co-determination and labor law related topics:
o Develop and maintain contract templates.
o Clarify contract-related matters.
o Prepare, negotiate, and finalize individual and collective termination agreements.
o Define and implement collective termination processes, including social plan negotiations.
o Handle labor relations and legal employment matters.
o Prepare, negotiate, and manage collective agreements.
• Review and implement local HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with global frameworks and local legal requirements.
• Define and maintain job titles in alignment with organizational structures.
• Work closely with Regional HR Business Partners to ensure overall HR performance in that country.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or related field with HR professional certificate
Experience
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Experience supporting business growth, organizational expansion, or start-up/ramp-up environments (preferred)
• Strong experience in Vietnam labor law system and employee relations.
• Multi-national and matrix organization experience
