Job Objective

Lead the 0-to-1 development and operation of a 500–1,000 ha high-tech coffee farm. Drive a sustainable, data-driven Smart Farm model integrating mechanization, ESG standards, and international certifications (VietGAP, Organic, Rainforest Alliance).

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Master Plan: Design phased master plans (construction, cultivation, harvesting) and establish executive reporting dashboards for the Board.

Cultivation & Quality: Define agronomy, irrigation, and crop strategies. Implement traceability systems and host international audit/certification delegations.

Operations & Team: Build organizational structures, recruit field teams, and set up operational SOPs and KPIs.

Smart Farming & ESG: Partner with Group IT to implement Digital Mapping (block IDs), IoT sensors, high-tech mechanization, and green energy initiatives.

Finance & External Relations: Co-manage budgets with the Group Finance/Legal team. Work with local authorities, suppliers, and technical partners.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 5–7+ years in ag-projects, coffee farms, or raw material sourcing. Proven track record in 0-to-1 farm setup and field team management.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of coffee agronomy in the Central Highlands. Familiarity with ESG, carbon credits, and international certifications.

Languages: Professional English (able to read technical specs and interface with international certifiers directly).

Competencies: Strong field execution, data-driven decision-making, SOP/KPI building, and willingness to travel frequently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-time farm construction and commissioning aligned with crop cycles.

Successful deployment of SOPs, KPIs, and Smart Farm tech (IoT/Digital Mapping).

Progress toward international sustainable ag-certifications.
