We're hiring a senior HR leader to build the frameworks and standards our HR teams run on day-to-day. You'll shape how roles are leveled and compensated, how talent is assessed, how learning programs are built, and how the organization evolves structurally. This is a hands-on design role, not a policy-writing one, what you build needs to actually get used.

- Own the compensation structure, job leveling, and pay band system - setting the benchmarks used across hiring, promotions, and pay decisions

- Own the competency framework and hiring standards that guide how talent is assessed across the business

- Set the design standards for company-wide learning and development programs, from content to instructional approach

- Own the performance management framework and the methodology used when the organization goes through structural or process change

- Lead a team of HR specialists, working closely with business leadership to make sure the standards you build are actually adopted, not just published

Yêu cầu công việc

- 8+ years in HR, including several years spent actually designing frameworks — not just administering existing ones

- Demonstrated depth in at least two of: compensation & benefits, competency/talent frameworks, L&D design, organizational design

- Experience operating in a structured, multi-function HR setup

- Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort pushing back on requests that break the standard

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Nice to Have

- Experience in a fast-scaling or tech-driven industry

- Experience embedding AI tools into HR workflows

- Familiarity with regional HR practices and compensation benchmarking
