[HCM] Operation Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• In-depth improvement analysis: find opportunities through data mining, field observation and stakeholder interviews; identify and confirm root causes together with the operations team.

• Project design & piloting: turn insight into a concrete pilot proposal (scope, hypothesis, success metrics, timeline); run pilots at 1–2 outlets or production sites; refine based on feedback.

• Cross-functional coordination: act as departmental project manager for initiatives that cross functional boundaries; partner with other departments.

• Rollout & standardization: after a successful pilot, scale network-wide, train stakeholders, track adoption; ensure solutions scale in both Vietnam and Cambodia.

• Tool / application development: build no-code / low-code tools (AppSheet, Google Apps Script, Zenput logic, Kissflow) to support initiatives.

• Project portfolio management: maintain the project tracker; report monthly status to the Manager; flag risks early and escalate.

• 3+ years in continuous improvement, Six Sigma, process engineering, or an analyst role with a track record of delivering projects.

• Strong analytical thinking combined with practical problem-solving.

• Experience running pilots in an operating environment (restaurant / factory / retail).

• Hands-on with no-code tools: AppSheet, Google Apps Script, Zenput, Kissflow is a strong advantage.

• Good English; able to communicate with frontline staff and senior leadership alike.

• F&B operations or manufacturing background preferred.

• TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY

• Automation & no-code (important): proficiency in at least one automation/scripting tool, with Google Apps Script the most widely used in the department. Not limited to one tool — experience with AppSheet, Zenput, Kissflow or other no-code/low-code platforms is an advantage, as is a willingness to learn new ones.

• Analytics & visualization: strong Google Sheets/Excel; experience with Looker Studio or Power BI is an advantage.

• Applying AI: proactive use of AI tools (LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to sharpen analysis, solution design and documentation.
