HCM - eCommerce Website Merchandiser Specialist

- On-Site Optimization: Curation of homepage layouts, collection banners, navigation menus, and category filters to maximize conversion rates.

- CMS Expertise: Be highly involved in UAT site testing for development projects and the regular site walks to ensure 100% accuracy.

- Product Management: Manage product listings, including compelling descriptions, high-quality imagery, and pricing strategies.

- Data & Analytics: Track conversion rates, bounce rates, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics to adjust promotion & merchandising strategies in real time.

- Website & Social Content Planning: Merge product listings/category with educational content, including user-generated content, before-and-after photos, and expert advice. Update site content rapidly to match viral social media beauty trends and ensure compliant ingredient labelling.

- Inventory Management: Work closely with the supply and range department planning the online assortment and stock levels.

- Cross-team collaboration: Coordinate well with IT Team, Brand Team, and Content Team and Digital Marketing to implement website campaign and company’s directions.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, or retail website management. Prefer

- Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with eCommerce content management system (CMS) (e.g., Shopify, Magento

- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse site search data to understand what beauty concerns (e.g., "acne," "glow") customers want solved.
