Shopee E-Commerce Operations Manager

1. Responsible for the operation, management of new E-commercial store (Skincare products) on Shopee,... ensuring account health and performance growth;

2. Regularly analyze account data, optimize and formulate operation strategies;

3. Collect and analyze market and competitor information, make marketing and sales plans, combine platform resources to increase store views and conversion rates etc.;

4. Regularly analyze sales data based on sales conditions and make optimization plans;

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree;

- Minimum 5 year’s experience in E-commerce Operation positions, has strong passionate in building the E-Commerce team for the confectionery company.

- Experienced in running Ads Social, Digital, Shopee/Tiktok/Lazada, Live Stream,...Media Performance in general

- Have skills in analyzing Sales, Promotion scheme, Price scheme on e-commerce platform

- Proactive working style and hard working

- Good analytic and Multitasks management skills

- Fluent in English/ Chinese

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications

- Adapt new knowledge, new regulation quickly

- Be sociable, responsible, honest, careful, and dynamic at work
