Sourcing & Attraction

- Utilize diverse sourcing channels — job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships

- Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to beauty/FMCG talent pools (beauty advisors, sales staff, etc.)

- Coordinate and attend walk-in interviews, recruitment events, and career fairs
