Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Management
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff positions, including Engineering, Maintenance, Production, QA, QC, Supply Chain, EHS, Sales and other support functions.
* Develop and maintain local talent pipelines through vocational schools, colleges, employment centers and recruitment partners.
* Organize and manage mass recruitment campaigns to support production demands.
2. Team Leadership & Recruitment Operations
* Lead, coach and develop a recruitment team of 2–4 members.
* Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Turnover and Recruiter Productivity.
* Review recruitment processes and propose improvement initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness.
3. Stakeholder Management
* Partner with Hiring Managers to provide recruitment solutions and market insights.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to understand production plans, manpower needs and operational timelines to guide and direct the recruitment team accordingly.
* Align with stakeholders on hiring volume, timelines and recruitment pace to ensure workforce readiness for production and training.
* Proactively identify workforce and hiring risks and propose timely mitigation actions.28

* Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including 1–3 years in team leadership or supervisory roles.
* Proven experience in mass recruitment and hiring for manufacturing environments.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
