Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Create and edit short-form video content for social media platforms such as Discord, X (Twitter), and other communication channels.
Produce engaging video content through video editing, motion graphics, color grading, audio enhancement, and visual effects tailored to each platform.
Design both static and animated marketing assets to support marketing, community, and branding activities, including but not limited to social media posts, banners, and game promotional creatives.
Propose creative concepts, visual directions, and video ideas based on market trends, player behavior, and the characteristics of the gaming industry.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in design, video production, social media content, and the gaming industry, and apply them effectively to daily work.
Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, community initiatives, and player-focused events.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all assigned creative projects.
Thiết kế và biên tập các nội dung video ngắn cho các nền tảng mạng xã hội như Discord, X và các kênh truyền thông khác.
Thực hiện dựng video, motion graphic, chỉnh màu, xử lý âm thanh và hiệu ứng nhằm tạo ra những nội dung hấp dẫn, phù hợp với nền tảng.
Thiết kế các ấn phẩm truyền thông tĩnh và động phục vụ hoạt động marketing, cộng đồng và thương hiệu, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: social post, banner, creative quảng bá game,...
Đề xuất ý tưởng hình ảnh, video và các định hướng sáng tạo dựa trên xu hướng thị trường, hành vi người chơi và đặc thù ngành game.
Đảm bảo tính nhất quán về hình ảnh thương hiệu trên tất cả các kênh truyền thông.
Chủ động cập nhật các xu hướng thiết kế, video, nội dung mạng xã hội và ngành game để ứng dụng vào công việc.
Tham gia xây dựng ý tưởng cho các chiến dịch truyền thông, hoạt động cộng đồng và sự kiện dành cho người chơi.
Đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ của các sản phẩm sáng tạo được giao.
Yêu cầu:
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Multimedia Designer, or in a related role.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar software.
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and social media design principles.
Ability to communicate and read English effectively in a professional environment.
Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, creative, and passionate about staying updated with new design and video trends.
Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Multimedia Designer hoặc các vị trí tương đương.
Thành thạo các công cụ dựng video như Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve hoặc các phần mềm tương tự.
Thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế như Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva hoặc các phần mềm tương tự.
Có kiến thức tốt về bố cục, màu sắc, typography và nguyên tắc thiết kế cho mạng xã hội.
Có khả năng giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tiếng Anh trong công việc.
Có khả năng quản lý nhiều đầu việc cùng lúc và làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường tốc độ cao.
Chủ động, sáng tạo và luôn cập nhật các xu hướng thiết kế, video mới.
