[XP HERO]_Game Community Operations (Fluent in English)

Manage and grow the game's community across Discord, X (Twitter), and other community platforms.
Monitor, engage with, and support players on a daily basis while fostering a positive and active community environment.
Plan and execute community activities such as online events, social challenges, user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, and community contests to drive engagement and player retention.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze player feedback from the community; collaborate with the Creative team to improve the overall player experience.
Support LiveOps initiatives, including game content updates, in-game events, and communication of new updates to the player community.
Track and report community-related metrics, including member growth, engagement rates, event participation, and player sentiment.
Stay up to date with trends in mobile gaming communities and social media, and propose new ideas to help expand and strengthen the global player community.
Vận hành và phát triển các kênh cộng đồng game trên Discord, X và các nền tảng cộng đồng khác.
Theo dõi, tương tác và hỗ trợ người chơi hằng ngày; xây dựng môi trường cộng đồng tích cực và gắn kết.
Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động cộng đồng như minigame, sự kiện online, social challenge, UGC campaign,... nhằm tăng tương tác và giữ chân người chơi.
Thu thập, tổng hợp và phân tích phản hồi từ cộng đồng; phối hợp với đội ngũ Creative để cải thiện trải nghiệm người chơi.
Hỗ trợ triển khai các hoạt động LiveOps, cập nhật nội dung game, sự kiện trong game và truyền thông các bản cập nhật tới cộng đồng.
Theo dõi và báo cáo các chỉ số liên quan đến cộng đồng như tăng trưởng thành viên, mức độ tương tác, tỷ lệ tham gia sự kiện và sentiment của người chơi.
Nghiên cứu xu hướng cộng đồng game mobile, social media và đề xuất các ý tưởng mới nhằm phát triển cộng đồng người chơi toàn cầu.
Yêu cầu:
At least 2 years of experience in Community Operations, Game Operations, Community Management, Social Media, or related fields within the gaming industry.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate community content in English.
Passion for mobile games, especially hyper-casual games, with a solid understanding of player behavior on mobile platforms.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực Community Operations, Game Operations, Community Management hoặc Social Media mảng game.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt; xây dựng các nội dung cộng đồng bằng tiếng Anh một cách rõ ràng, hấp dẫn và phù hợp với đối tượng người dùng.
Yêu thích game mobile, đặc biệt là dòng game hyper-casual và có hiểu biết về hành vi người chơi trên các nền tảng mobile.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt.
Chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc độc lập.
