Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with curiosity about results and the underlying causes behind them.
Ability to organize ideas systematically and create persuasive planning documents.
Good communication skills, with a proactive and positive working attitude.
Interest in arcade idle games or experience in casual game design is preferred.
Experience in project management.
Good communication skills in Korean or English.

Project Management Tools: Notion, etc.
Nice to have
Strong understanding of the mobile game and hyper-casual game market.
Experience in LiveOps operations and A/B testing for mobile games.
Experience using Unity or other game engines, along with proficiency in collaboration tools.
