[Game Live-Ops]_Mobile Game Developer Senior

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, scale, and continuously optimize our live hit game titles.
You will proactively monitor live metrics, thoroughly resolve bugs and crashes, and optimize performance to ensure stable FPS across the widest possible range of low-end mobile devices.
Analyze new trends to design games that are loved by the majority of users, and implement them quickly
Participate in ideation and content creation to produce engaging Game Live-Ops
Optimize game performance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience

Chủ động theo dõi các chỉ số live metrics, xử lý triệt để các bugs , crash , và optimize để đảm bảo fps ở mức ổn định trên phạm vi rộng nhất có thể đối với các mobile phone cấu hình thấp.
Phân tích xu hướng mới nhất để thiết kế game được yêu thích bởi đại đa số người dùng, và lập trình nó nhanh chóng
Tham gia vào quá trình lên ý tưởng và tìm kiếm nội dung nhằm tạo ra các Game Live-Ops hấp dẫn.
Tối ưu hóa hiệu suất game và mang đến trải nghiệm mượt mà cho người chơi.
Yêu cầu:
Requirements
5+ years of experience in mobile game development using Unity and C#.
Strong ability in system architecture design, performance optimization, modular design, and mentoring team members.
Candidates with experience developing mobile games (hyper-casual / hybrid-casual / casual) are preferred.
Passionate about gaming and regularly plays games.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Ability to optimize and debug on mobile devices.
Có 5+ năm kinh nghiệm phát triển game mobile sử dụng Unity và C#.
Thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống, tối ưu hiệu năng, thiết kế module hóa, mentoring
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm phát triển game mobile (hyper-casual / hybrid-casual / casual)
Yêu thích và thường xuyên chơi game.
Hiểu biết tốt về cấu trúc dữ liệu và thuật toán.
Có khả năng tối ưu và debug trên mobile devices.

Knowledge of game development architectures and design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, ECS, etc.
Interest in researching and applying new technologies
Experience working on commercial game projects in a team of 3 or more members
Degree or equivalent knowledge in software development
Proactive in learning and sharing knowledge to help the team grow
Able to communicate in English
