Food Safety Team Leader (Temporary) - 9 Months

1. Food Safety Compliance

• Ensure store operations comply with food safety regulations, company standards, and HACCP requirements.
• Conduct regular food safety inspections and internal audits at stores.
• Follow up corrective actions for non-compliance findings.

2. Food Safety Monitoring

• Monitor food safety conditions for fresh and processed products in stores.
• Coordinate product sampling and testing with external laboratories.
• Support product recall, investigation, and resolution of food safety incidents or customer complaints.

3. Training & Awareness

• Conduct food safety training and awareness sessions for store employees.
• Track completion of mandatory food safety certifications and training records.

4. Licenses & Regulatory Coordination

• Support stores in obtaining and renewing food safety licenses and certifications (e.g., Food Safety Certificate, HACCP).
• Coordinate with local authorities during inspections and regulatory audits.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain food safety documentation, records, and compliance reports.
• Monitor validity of training certificates, equipment calibration, and regulatory documents.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or retail/FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
