Site Acquisition Development Supervisor

• Identify, evaluate, and secure potential retail locations aligned with expansion strategy
• Conduct site surveys and assess commercial feasibility and business potential
• Perform due diligence on legal, planning, and ownership aspects of properties
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on market analysis (pricing, competitors, catchment, revenue projections)
• Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and authorities on commercial terms
• Manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor market trends and proactively build a strong pipeline of strategic locations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction, or related fields
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in site development, real estate, retail expansion, or investment-related roles
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of legal frameworks in real estate and retail
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese.
