Category Manager - Beverage

• Support the development and implementation of category commercial strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and product efficiency
• Conduct market research to track consumer trends, competitor activities, and category insights
• Manage and optimize product assortment in alignment with business direction and customer demand
• Collaborate with suppliers to source products, negotiate pricing, and improve commercial terms
• Assist in building and executing purchase plans and promotional activities
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data and category-related reports
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve category performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Beverage or Retail industry
• Strong understanding of Category Management principles
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English (Intermediate to Advanced level)
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
