Financial Institutions Relationship Manager

Objectives

• Build, maintain and develop cooperation with local financial institutions.

• Mobilize funding through transaction limits and funding products.

• Handle treasury transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute mobilization transactions to ensure company liquidity.

2. Conduct due diligence for financial institutions.

3. Review and negotiate funding agreements and interest rates.

4. Complete documentation for treasury transactions.

5. Collect information and propose transaction limits.

6. Maintain and develop partner relationships.

7. Draft policies and procedures related to transaction limits and issuance of valuable papers.

8. Develop issuance plans and proposals.

9. Perform post-issuance bond activities.

10. Prepare internal reports.

11. Support training of junior staff.

12. Perform other tasks assigned by the Unit Head.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or related fields.

• CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA are advantages.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in Treasury, Investment Banking or ALM functions.

Skills

• Strong communication in English and Vietnamese.

• Analytical and decision-making skills.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Time management.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Other Requirements

• High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
