Financial Planning & Management
Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Prepare financial reports and analysis for the Board of Directors and Management.
Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
Cash Flow & Project Financial Control
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall working capital.
Work with Project, QS, Commercial, and Procurement teams to monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and profitability.
Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and cash flow issues and recommend corrective actions.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Review monthly financial results and prepare management reports on revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
Ensure financial transactions and internal controls comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other external parties when required.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Coordinate with Management and other departments to ensure effective financial planning and cost control.
Minimum
5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent managerial position.
Experience in Construction, Engineering, Design & Build, or Interior Fit-out companies is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and cost control.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial management systems.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
