Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Training Supervisor (Mechanical, $1200, ID21677):
1. Workshop Training
* Develop, organize and manage training programs for workshop employees.
* Coordinate with Production to ensure training meets operational requirements.
2. Skill Matrix & Training Records
* Build and update Skill Matrix for each work cell.
* Manage employees’ skill profiles and training records.
* Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training.
3. Onboarding & Basic Skills Training
* Provide/coordinate training on PPE, work cell layout, material handling, basic grinding, WI, production drawings, 5S, INCR/CNCR and ECR/DUR.
* Ensure new employees meet basic competency requirements before working independently.
4. Employee Rotation & Skill Development
* Ensure employees have the required skills when moving between work cells.
* Lead skill improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
* Work closely with Production, HSE, HR and relevant departments on training and competency development.
* Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male, 30-45 years old
- University/College degree required; an engineering background is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar training/skill development role, preferably in mechanical manufacturing.
- Experience with Skill Matrix, operator training or workshop training is preferred.
- Good English reading & writing; basic communication.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
