• Manage all financial matters for Vietnam operations, including group management reporting, financial reporting and financial forecasting.

• Conduct internal control assessments and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and local regulations.

• Oversee tax explanations, tax inspections, audits and account reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing the annual budget and performing financial consolidation.

• Monitor cash flow and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

• Manage client service contracts and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.

• Oversee sales reconciliation to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

• Lead, manage and mentor the finance team, including providing internal training and guidance.

• Provide tax and accounting consulting services to clients through meetings, emails and calls.

• Coordinate with tax authorities when required and report financial matters to Directors.

• Assist in reviewing basic legal documents and processes to ensure compliance with local legislative requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in a Tax & Accounting Consulting firm, including experience in tax audits and reconciliations.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and the Vietnamese tax system.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA skills are an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Business-level English proficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
