Tuyển dụng Project Supervisor - Giám sát Xây dựng tại Hồ Chí Minh

Manage and supervise the construction workforce and daily site activities.
Allocate manpower and coordinate work assignments based on project priorities and construction schedules.
Monitor daily work progress, productivity, and workforce performance.
Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure workers follow approved drawings, work instructions, quality requirements, and site safety regulations.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues to avoid delays and maintain productivity.
Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and report workforce and site issues to the Project Manager.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and/or Interior Fit-out projects.
Proven experience in managing construction workers and coordinating site activities.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of construction processes and site operations.
Good English communication skills and able to communicate effectively with the Project Manager and project stakeholders.
Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently at the project site.
Immediate availability is preferred.
