Procurement Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maestro Vietnam is a design & build and project management company specializing in high-end interior fit-out and construction projects. We are looking for a
Procurement & QS Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source suppliers and subcontractors for construction and fit-out projects.
Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and prepare purchase orders.
Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and cost estimates.
Monitor project costs, material deliveries, and supplier performance.
Verify subcontractor claims and support payment processes.
Coordinate with Project, Design, and Site teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Maintain procurement and cost control documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum
3–5 years of experience in Procurement and/or Quantity Surveying within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
Good knowledge of construction materials, BOQ, procurement, and cost control.
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD is an advantage.
Good English communication.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
