Tuyển dụng Chuyên viên Pháp lý Doanh nghiệp (Legal Specialist) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Maestro Vietnam is looking for an experienced
Legal Specialist to provide legal support to the Company, advise on contractual and corporate matters, and help identify and manage legal risks across business and project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to
BOD and relevant departments on legal matters arising from the Company's business operations.
Draft, review and advise on contracts, agreements, memorandums, official letters and other legal documents.
Review contractual terms, identify legal and commercial risks, and recommend appropriate solutions to protect the Company's interests.
Handle and follow up on corporate legal matters, licenses, permits and regulatory documentation.
Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and assess their potential impact on the Company's operations.
Support the handling of disputes, claims, contractual breaches and legal issues, including coordination with external lawyers or legal consultants when required.
Liaise with government authorities, clients, contractors, suppliers and other external parties on legal matters within the assigned scope.
Develop, review and maintain internal legal templates, procedures and legal records.
Bachelor’s Degree in
Law or a related legal field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience in corporate legal, commercial legal advisory or a similar position.
Experience in construction, engineering, Design & Build, Interior Fit-out or project-based companies is highly preferred.
Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and construction-related contracts.
Good knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, labor and other laws relevant to business operations.
Strong ability to identify legal risks, analyze issues and provide practical legal solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of
English, particularly in reviewing and interpreting English contracts and legal documents.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Lawyer's Practicing Certificate or relevant professional qualifications is an advantage.
