Engineering Manager

• Lead overall management of the Technical Department — facility maintenance, equipment repair, new construction, and installation to meet production targets.
• Drive capital and expense planning aligned with our long-term Action Plan.
• Champion food quality, environmental management, and employee safety systems (ISO 9002, 14001, 18001).
• Optimize machine and equipment productivity, reliability, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead cost-control, efficiency, and technical innovation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws on safety, labor, and environment.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, from design through delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role with strong leadership skills.
• 5+ years of technical knowledge experience.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking); Vietnamese a strong plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job-related software.
• Knowledge of ISO 9002 / 14001 / 18001, seamer machines, boiler/steam operation, wastewater treatment, and water supply systems.
• Experience in food production is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills; performs well under pressure.
