Employer Branding Intern

Employer Branding & Content: 

• Develop and manage content across recruitment and branding channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and our Careers website 
• Ideate and co-execute Employer Branding campaigns to grow OnPoint's visibility as an employer of choice 
• Write compelling content about company culture, employee stories, and internal activities 
• Design or collaborate on visual assets for recruitment and internal communications (Canva or similar tools) 

Campus Recruitment & Community: 

• Support end-to-end execution of campus recruitment programs, career fairs, workshops, and networking events 
• Build relationships with universities and student clubs to develop a pipeline of emerging talent 
• Help organize engagement activities for the intern and fresher community

• Third-year students, final-year students, or fresh graduates, preferably available for a full-time internship.  
• Passionate about Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and/or Marketing Communications, with a strong interest in building employer brand presence.  
• Proficient in Canva or other basic design and content creation tools to support branding and communication activities.  
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance creativity, productivity, and content development.  
• Passionate about social media trends and able to turn insights into engaging content ideas that strengthen the employer brand.  
• Possess a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, with an eye for creating visually appealing and impactful content.  
• Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.  
• Prior involvement in Youth Union, Student Association, student clubs, or experience managing student communities, social media pages, and organizing campus activities/events is a strong advantage.
