Ecocycle OHS Coordinator

- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS) regulations across Ecocycle operations, including transportation, customer sites, and remote locations.

- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate and deliver safety training, support internal/external HSE audits, and promote safety awareness.

- Develop, implement, and monitor the Health & Safety Improvement Plan (HSIP) and lead EcoCert audit activities in Vietnam.

- Provide HSE consultation to support waste pre-/co-processing projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of HSE/OHS experience in waste management, heavy industry, or related sectors.

- Strong knowledge of hazard management, risk assessment, incident investigation, Vietnamese HSE regulations, and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.

- Good English communication skills; relevant HSE certifications are an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, auditing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently.
