Design Engineer - Electric Motors

• Design and improve electric motor products, with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Receive product requirements from customers and the Board of Directors (BOD), analyze technical specifications, and implement design changes or develop new motor products accordingly.
• Support product development activities, including preparing technical documentation and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
• Train and mentor new employees on technical knowledge, product structure, and standard work processes.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual work reports.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 6 years of experience in electric motor design and development.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of motors.
• Proven experience working for leading motor or power transmission manufacturers.
• Solid knowledge of motor design principles, manufacturing processes, and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality requirements for motor design is an advantage.
