Design Coordinator

• Follow up project schedules under the guidance of Senior Manager.

• Represent the owner to work with architects to ensure projects follow approved schedule and quality standards (in compliance with PMH standards and design checklists).

• Propose ideas to improve project design and coordination efficiency.

• Coordinate with construction contractors and designers during the construction phase.

• Work with designers to check shop drawings before issuance to site.

• Review design consultant contracts and process payments in accordance with company procedures.

• Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes with designers.

• Prepare reports in slide or video format as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Design Senior Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture preferred).

Experience:

• 4–7 years of experience in a development or consulting company.

Language:

• English: Must (good conversational and working proficiency).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Proficient in CAD or other design-related software.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions from Senior Coordinator/Manager.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
