Mô tả công việc
• Process customer orders, stock receipts, shipments, invoicing, and order verification.
• Manage retail and project orders from order placement to delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and website channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and couriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Resolve delivery issues, returns, warranty claims, and stock discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
