Customer Service (Nhân Viên Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng)

- This role is to provide exceptional service to our tank rental customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
- You will act as a key intermediary between our customers and internal teams, taking ownership of your accounts and delivering outstanding support throughout the tank rental process.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive an exceptional level of service from the initial inquiry through to after-sales support, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Account Management: Take ownership of assigned customer accounts, acting as a specialist to address their needs and concerns effectively.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare tank rental contracts as required, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined.
- Order Processing: Provide daily support to tank rental customers, including:
- Monitoring shipments before vessels arrive.
- Being in charge of tank rental fee/service fee calculation, oversee billing and payments.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including Planning and Warehouse, to ensure customer timelines are met and operations run smoothly.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an accurate, timely, and updated inventory of tanks available for rental, ensuring availability aligns with customer needs.
- Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints according to the established complaint handling process, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide up-to-date and accurate feedback on customer requirements and prepare revenue reports and other reports periodically.
- Data Management:
- Liaise with customers to gather complete information regarding their requests and input data into the system accurately and promptly.
- Work closely with the Warehouse team to process customer orders and ensure delivery timelines are adhered to.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good customer relationship and active in looking for new sales opportunity for current customer base.
- Tank Farm Service Management: Follow activities related to the Company’s tank farm service, respond to Supervisor/Manager if there are any unusual activities.
- Support Functions: Provide day-to-day support functions for the assigned Supervisor/Manager, assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

- Graduated from University with a major in business or related fields.
- Proficient in data management and inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to develop comprehensive plans with detailed cost analysis and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in order management at manufacturing company is preferred.
- Careful, well – organized, friendly, positive thinking, hard – working, responsible.
- Eager at learning and learning from doing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM.
- Able to take work pressure from work.
- Fluent in English will be advantages.
