A. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations

- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including order processing, pricing administration, and credit management.

- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while complying with company policies and procedures.

- Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.

- Experience:

+ At least 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Operations, Logistics, or related functions, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

- Technical Skills:

+ Good knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

+ Experience with SAP is preferred.
