Job Description:

• Collect data of production cost for material/ labor/ factory overhead & relevant administrative

costs at the plant and prepare monthly cost analysis reports.

• Prepare the regular production costing reports and analysis reports.

• Assist in establishing and improving cost accounting systems and processes to ensure the accuracy

and timeliness of cost accounting.

• Responsible for the accounting and management of the company's inventory, including cost

calculation and monitoring of raw materials, work in progress, finished products, etc

• Conduct regular inventory stock counts.

• Assist in production cost control procedures and implement the cost savings and efficiency

improvement measures.

• Assist in preparing other financial analysis tasks, such as cost structure analysis, cost-benefit

analysis, etc.

• Ensure costing standards, policies and & practices are shared, followed accurately from start to

finish while following established timelines and calendars.

• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirement：

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of cost drivers and experience working with engineering, supply chain and sourcing partners.

• Experience in ERP systems is a must.

• Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.

• Experience in Vietnam customs clearance is an advantage.

• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.

• Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
