Tuyển dụng Cost Accountant tại Hồ Chí Minh

The cost accountant is responsible for analyzing, recording, and managing the company’s cost data to ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting. He/she plays a vital role in cost analysis, and cost reduction initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh with weekly visit to Phan Thiet factory or when needed.
Key responsibilities:
Accurately record all manufacturing and operational costs, including depreciation of fixed assets, material costs, utility expenses, prepaid tools and equipment, outsourced services, and labor expenses as the basis for product costing.
Prepare periodic expense reports and cost summaries.
Analyze cost variances and identify causes to recommend corrective actions.
Perform the accounting procedures for accounts related to production costs, ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain proper documentation for all cost-related transactions and analyses.
Verify and account for all purchase documents in an accurate and complete manner.
Calculate material and cost estimates in line with the budget
Check, verify, and strictly follow the company's regulations on goods import and export procedures used in SAP Software.
Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Finance
Good communication skills in English. Being able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
Proficient in using Word, Excel, SAP software.
Ability to solve problems quickly
Dynamic, careful, hardworking, honest, and dedicated, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the job.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
