1. Process Planning and Improvement

• Be responsible for optimizing and improving the production process in the metal workshop to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

• Formulate and improve production process documents for the metal workshop, including operation instructions, process flow cards, and inspection standards, to ensure the standardization and normalization of production operations.

• Supervise and inspect the implementation of the process on the production site and promptly discover and correct behaviors that do not meet process requirements.

• Analyze the metal parts production process flow to find potential problems and improvement points and continuously improve production efficiency and product quality.

2. Production Technical Support

• Provide technical support for the production department to solve technical and quality problems that occur during production.

• Conduct technical training for production employees to improve their operational skills and quality awareness.

• Participate in production site management to ensure that the production process complies with process requirements and quality standards.

3. Quality Control and Assurance

• Analyze the causes of product quality problems, propose improvement measures and prevention plans, and improve product quality stability.

• Conduct quality tracking and improvement on key processes, collect production site data and experimental data, and improve production processes.

4. Equipment and Tooling Management

• Participate in daily maintenance and upkeep of workshop equipment and assist the supervisor in production management and safety work.

• Be responsible for the design improvement and daily management of jigs and fixtures to ensure they meet production needs.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above in Metal Materials, Material Forming and Control Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Mold Design, or related majors.

- Professional Requirements: Metal Materials, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mold Design, Industrial Engineering, or related majors preferred.

Work Experience:

• Have more than 3 years of work experience as a process technician in a hardware factory or metal products workshop. Those with experience in metal parts processing in the furniture industry are preferred.

• Be familiar with metal processing processes (stamping, bending, welding, grinding, spraying, etc.), and understand the production process and material characteristics of furniture metal parts.

• Those with successful product process improvement and project management experience are preferred.

Skill Requirements:

• Possess solid professional knowledge and skills, including knowledge in metal materials science, mechanical design, process engineering, mold design, and other aspects.

• Be proficient in using design software such as CAD, possess mechanical drawing and blueprint reading abilities, and be able to read drawings.

• Be proficient in using office software.

• Be able to use various measuring tools.

• Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel from different departments.

• Be able to read and write in English. Better be able to speak Chinese.
