Collections Project Management Specialist

- Manage and coordinate Collections Division projects from initiation through implementation and operation.

- Define project requirements, develop project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure projects (e.g., Vymo, Pega, and other initiatives) are delivered within scope and schedule.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.

- Monitor and evaluate project effectiveness while ensuring stable and efficient project operations.

- Support the Line Manager in developing and implementing new initiatives and projects for the Collections Division.

- Prepare periodic reports on project progress, status, and implementation results.

- Ensure project execution and operational activities comply with approved regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, insurance, investment) or in project coordination/project management.

- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; knowledge of PL/SQL is an advantage.

- Strong reporting and presentation skills.

- Good communication skills with proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
