Chief Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting and finance activities of the company.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including tax, general accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and inventory accounting.

• Monitor product costs (COGS) and sales reports.

• Manage the accounting system using MISA AMIS.

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax reports, and management reports.

• Monitor cash flow and customer payments.

• Work with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and other related parties.

• Support the Management Board with financial planning and tax matters.

• Follow up on import/export contracts, customs documents, and international payments (L/C, T/T, etc.).

• Record accounting transactions for import purchases, export sales, and import VAT.

• Calculate the cost of imported goods, including import duty, freight, insurance, and other related costs.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Management Board.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Chief Accountant Certificate is required.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.

• Experience working for a small trading company is preferred.

• Experience in trading, distribution, or import/export companies is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of MISA AMIS.

• Good understanding of accounting, tax, and import/export processes.

• Careful, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
