As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient C&B operations across RBA Vietnam. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, payroll administration, PIT, SHUI and statutory compliance.

• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.

• Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports and dashboards using Excel....
