Business Insights & Strategy Supervisor

• Lead the preparation of executive-level reports (monthly, quarterly) for leadership and shareholders
• Transform complex business data into clear, impactful insights and narratives
• Craft compelling storylines that highlight performance, opportunities, and strategic direction
• Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to align messaging with shareholder expectations
• Consolidate cross-functional inputs into a cohesive view of business performance
• Support Board and shareholder meetings with high-quality materials and insights
• Continuously enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and storytelling approaches.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or finance (retail is a plus)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to strategic insights
• Excellent storytelling skills — able to turn data into clear, executive-ready messages
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus
• Excellent communication and strong coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, yet able to think strategically and see the bigger picture
• Proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
