OVERVIEW
Our company is seeking a capable manager to oversee equipment automation and systematic workforce management, with the goal of maximizing production efficiency. We welcome candidates who have a strong technical understanding of production equipment and the ability to lead on-site operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Automation Management
Implement equipment automation within production processes and optimize PLC control systems.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive technical improvements to enhance equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
Workforce & Schedule Management
Allocate manpower according to production plans and manage shop-floor operators, including training and performance evaluation.
Develop detailed daily and process-level production schedules and monitor progress to ensure production targets are achieved.
Production Data Management
Analyze production data, including equipment operating time, defect rates, productivity, etc., and prepare reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvement based on production data analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; or relevant experience in a similar industry.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and equipment control logic is required.
Experience in production floor management, including manpower and production schedule management.
Proficiency in production data management tools such as Excel and MES.
