Ai-First Funnel & eCommerce Designer

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Salary: VND 28M to VND 33M + Performance Bonus + Benefits

OVERVIEW

We are hiring a AI-First Funnel & eCommerce Designer to create high-converting sales funnels, Shopify pages, landing pages, advertorials, ads, upsells, and campaign assets for international eCommerce brands.

This is not a normal graphic design role.

We are looking for a designer who uses AI every day to move faster, create more ideas, test more concepts, and build better-performing creative.

Your work must look great, but the real goal is simple:

Create designs that sell.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, advertorials, product pages, checkout pages, upsells, and Shopify stores.

• Create performance ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, email, and social media.

• Use AI for research, ideation, image generation, product visuals, mockups, layouts, and creative variations.

• Turn one campaign idea into multiple funnel concepts, ad angles, and design directions.

• Improve conversion through visual hierarchy, UX, CRO, direct-response design, and customer psychology.

• Build AI-assisted prompts, templates, workflows, and reusable creative systems.

• Work with marketers, developers, copywriters, and video editors to launch campaigns quickly.

• Stay ahead of new AI tools and bring better creative workflows to the team.

• 3+ years of professional design experience.

• Strong portfolio showing funnels, Shopify pages, landing pages, ads, or eCommerce design.

• Daily use of AI in your design workflow.

• Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI image tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Firefly, DALL·E, Leonardo, or similar

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, mobile-first design, UX/UI, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience designing ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of CRO, direct-response marketing, and customer psychology.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, move fast, and manage multiple projects.

BONUS SKILLS

• Shopify theme or page-builder experience.

• Basic HTML/CSS.

• A/B testing experience.

• Advertorial, upsell, and sales funnel experience.

• Motion graphics or basic video editing.

• Experience with Figma Make, Google Stitch, Lovable, Runway, CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.

• Experience creating AI product scenes, lifestyle images, ad concepts, and campaign visuals.
