This is not an administrative HR role.

This is a talent, culture, leadership, performance, and organizational development role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Recruit top talent across AI, Analytics, Development, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership

- Build recruiting systems that consistently attract stronger candidates

- Build and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent

- Develop recruiting campaigns, referral programs, and talent pipelines

- Improve hiring quality, retention, engagement, and performance

- Help managers become better leaders

- Hold managers accountable for hiring, performance, development, and retention of their teams

- Create team-building and culture initiatives that strengthen collaboration and accountability

- Partner directly with leadership on talent strategy and organizational growth

- Partner with leadership to improve organizational effectiveness, productivity, and business results

- Recruit and develop top performers while helping underperformers improve or exit

- Lead the company's OKR and goal-setting process

- Help departments define clear objectives, priorities, and measurable outcomes

- Monitor progress against company, department, and individual goals

- Build accountability systems that improve execution and performance

- Develop programs that increase motivation, engagement, ownership, and career growth

- Help improve and implement compensation, incentive, bonus, and recognition programs that align performance with company goals

- Use AI and modern HR practices to improve recruiting, employee development, and operational efficiency

- Help make the company a destination employer for top technology and business talent

- Help leadership build a performance-driven culture that improves execution, profitability, and long-term growth

Yêu cầu công việc

WHAT YOU NEED

- 5+ years of HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Organizational Development, or Talent Management experience

- Proven success recruiting developers, analysts, product staff, marketers, and technical talent

- Experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, eCommerce, or digital businesses

- Experience implementing or managing OKRs, KPIs, performance management systems, or goal-setting frameworks

- Experience building high-performance cultures that improved productivity, retention, growth, or profitability

- Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law

- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

- Strong English communication skills

- Comfortable using AI tools in recruiting, HR operations, and employee development
