This is a business intelligence, optimization, and growth role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Use data to identify growth opportunities

• Build dashboards and business intelligence systems

• Use AI to automate reporting, analysis, and decision making

• Manage analytics, AI, and optimization projects

• Work directly with developers, marketers, product teams, and leadership

• Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests

• Improve conversion, retention, and profitability

• Turn data into recommendations and action plans

• Help build AI-first processes that improve how the company operates

WHAT YOU NEED

- Strong SQL skills and the ability to investigate problems independently

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with eCommerce, marketing, SaaS, or subscription businesses

- Experience running and evaluating A/B tests

- Experience with BI tools and dashboards

- Already using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or decision making

- Strong English communication skills
