- Our client is a foreign-invested company, currently looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant(Manufacturing; $1,040; ID21400):
- Oversee daily financial entries including operational expenditures, vendor invoices (raw materials, services, and capital assets), cost accruals, depreciation, and banking activities in ProAlpha / ERP software.
- Execute accurate ledger postings reflecting true business transactions, ensuring strict adherence to Vietnamese accounting regulations and statutory policies.
- Manage account reconciliations and prepare key summary statements—including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and P&L statements—on ProAlpha and FAST platforms.
- Perform periodic general ledger reconciliations, monitor operational spending against approved budgets, and identify variance indicators.
- Compile VAT refund documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor output VAT procedures and align with the internal Tax team during tax declaration timelines.
- Organize and archive vendor payment records securely to ensure full readiness for internal and external audit reviews.
- Coordinate period-end closing activities and deliver detailed financial documentation or clarifications during audit engagements.
- Collaborate with the broader Finance & Controlling team to enhance accounting procedures and workflow efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc corporate finance projects and execute additional tasks as directed by the Department Head.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable Accountant role within a manufacturing enterprise.
- Strong working knowledge of VAS and IFRS accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software platforms (ProAlpha, SAP, FAST) alongside advanced capabilities in MS Excel.
- Good at English.
