Warehouse Supervisor (Customs Clearance & Bonded Warehouse) - Binh Duong

• Supervise inbound, outbound, storage, and distribution activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements.

• Coordinate with ICDs and service providers to ensure bonded warehouse operations, customs procedures, and transportation activities are executed smoothly and in compliance with regulations.

• Monitor transportation activities between seaports/airports, bonded warehouses, and customer suppliers through appointed contractors.

• Coordinate order processing and customer deliveries in accordance with agreed SLAs.

• Track and ensure achievement of operational targets related to productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and customer service.

• Investigate operational incidents and customer complaints and implement CAPA actions.

• Manage, train, assign work, evaluate performance, and develop team members.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, security, and company policies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, ICDs, customs authorities, and operational partners.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University/College in a relevant major

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, bonded warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Experience working with Customs authorities and international customers is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Strong skills in workforce productivity control, resource optimization, and operational cost management.

• Ability to make timely and effective decisions in a high-pressure environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience with WMS, SAP, or equivalent warehouse management systems.

• Good command of English for meetings, emails, and customer communication.
