Senior IT Manager, TMS Products

1. TMS (Transport Management System) development and implementation

Oversee the implementation, customization and service maintenance of TMS, Delivery Connect and other transport IT solutions.

Ensure smooth integration between transport IT solutions with customer ERP systems, billing system, and other 3rd party solutions.

Work closely with software vendor, regional solution team to implement and improve IT transport solutions

Ensure system security, effective usage, and high availability. Monitor system uptime, data accuracy and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency

Work with operation team to implement route optimization, demand forecast, develop real time tracking and reporting dashboard for transport operations

Ensure compliance with transport regulations and IT global governance

2. Project Management and team leadership

Lead TMS team to deliver project on time, in scopes and within budget, ensure customer satisfaction and operations efficiency.

Manage IT transport project roadmap, ensure alignment with business priorities, ensure project governance according to project management methodologies

Coaching, training, and developing TMS team on system capability and new technology, ensure employee engagement and leadership KPI maintained at high level.

3. Stakeholder and vendor management:

Collaborate with operations, finance team, customers and senior management team to align IT transport solution with business strategies

work with regional team, external vendors and partners to negotiate SLA, related contract and system performance and upgrades

Manage and explore relationships with logistics partner, carriers to extend knowledge and relationship in logistics industry

4. IT strategy and digitalization

Develop and execute IT strategies to optimize transportation and ensure operational efficiency

Work with senior management team to align IT transport solutions with the company goals and growth plans

Understand and explore new technology to enhance product roadmap such as AI, IoT, blockchain, RPA, data analytics.

Explore digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, automation, decision making and cost ownership

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in IT industry

• 3 years working at management level

• 3 years in experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution

• Strong knowledge in new technologies is an advantage (cloud, AI, IoT, data science, predictive modelling)

• Experience in business integration (EDI/API), BI tools

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management, project management

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management or logistics

• PMP, ITIL or Agile certifications are preferred.
